CHRISTMAS 2017 DELIVERY DATES
Please note that Royal Mail transit times may be a little longer than usual due to the Christmas period and the poor weather conditions in some parts of the UK.
Please be aware, Royal Mail only guarantee deliveries with guaranteed UK services posted before or on these dates will definitely arrive before Christmas.
Place your order as early as you can and choose DHL where possible.
We will process your order promptly. Order cut-off for all delivery services is 1pm GMT. Orders placed after 1pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day. Require guaranteed next day delivery? Complete your order before 10:30am and choose DHL Express UK. Otherwise with UK Signed For your goods are aimed to be delivered next day if order complete before 1:00pm. We shall let you know if we cannot proceed with your order, e.g. when a delivery address is invalid or incomplete, or when the order volumes increase significantly. Essentially these could greatly affect dispatch time. The arrival time of your order mainly depends on the delivery method you choose. Please see some additional information further down for the services we use.
Every shipment is carefully checked for accuracy and completeness before being packed using top quality mailing materials. This ensures that your order reaches you in the same condition in which it leaves our warehouse. All items are packed as compactly as possible, while ensuring perfect protection of your order during transit.
Taking Care and protect value
We want your purchase to reach you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. We do this by using either Royal Mail or DHL to send your goods. And because everything in our shop is in stock, there will never be a delay waiting for back orders. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will be sent an email confirmation.

Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays).
We are currently offering FREE UK Mainland delivery (Standard) on all orders over £30. We use DHL Express to deliver your goods for FREE with orders over £100.
We have simplified our delivery options so that you do not get lost with too many choices. In the same time we do offer different options to meet most people’s requirements. UK Standard / RoyalMail 48
Our default and most efficient delivery service is the Standard. With this service provided by Royal Mail your goods are aimed to be delivered the majority of the times within 2 working days, with a small minority within 3 working days. If you wish your order to reach you slightly quicker you may choose our another service.
UK Signed For / RoyalMail 24 Signed For
With this option also by Royal Mail your goods are aimed to be with you the next working day and a signature is required to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. PLEASE NOTE: we can bear no liability for late deliveries, therefore no refund of shipping costs will be issued if goods not received within estimated delivery time.
DHL Express UK
Your goods is delivered by DHL with this overall “the best” option. Not just guaranteed next working day delivery but your order is covered up to the maximum value of £500. You have to complete your order before 10:30 am for the goods to be collected on the same day by DHL. Trackable service with signature required. Please note although the carrier specifies this type of delivery with Guaranteed Next Day we at Mystic Vapor Ltd cannot be liable for your order to arrive on the day specified. We do not guarantee that a particular order will arrive on a particular day. If however any delay occurred by not your fault with this type of delivery method we will refund the entire delivery charge once you make us aware of the delay. No further insurance or reimbursement can be offered in cases of delivery delays.
Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you.
Insurance – PLEASE READ
With our UK Standard service your order is insured up to the value of £20. The UK Signed For is on the other hand insured up to the value of £50. For all orders with a value of over £50 especially those expensive mods or multiple items we recommend choosing the DHL Express UK option as this covers your goods up to £500 and on top it is guaranteed next working day delivery. Please see delivery method description above for details about delays. Currently we can offer to ship your goods with this service for FREE if your order total is over £100.
Due to our insurance policy we can only refund/replace goods up to the value of £20 in case of goods ordered with Standard delivery and up to £50 if the Signed For option is chosen.
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days (UK orders) and 14 working days (international orders) please contact us quoting your order number in all correspondence.
We ship internationally. Please choose your geographical zone when checking out. We ship all international orders via EU / International Standard via RoyalMail. Also using EU / International Tracked & Signed For* or DHL Express services, should you require tracking information. Please note that EU / International International Standard service is not an insured or tracked service. In the event your shipment is lost or damaged we do not accept any liability but may cover your goods up to the value of £20. With the Royal Mail International Signed & Tracked service however your goods are insured up to £50 in case of loss or damage. With DHL International Express your goods are covered up to a value of £500.

When ordering from outside the UK, please make sure you choose adequate delivery service with possibly tracking so your package does not get lost. Also please bear in mind that every country has their own import law. Therefore if an item is returned to us by your local customs office we can provide a refund minus any postage costs incurred by ourselves. If an item is seized by your local customs office this will be the responsibility of the customer to resolve the issue.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you’re shopping with us online, then you’ll be pleased to hear that you are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. These have been established to make sure you have an opportunity to cancel your order if the goods aren’t what you expected. After all, we all make mistakes or change our minds from time to time.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time, up to 14 working days after the day you receive it. But, you must tell us straight away if you wish to do this.
You must take good care of the items while they’re in your possession; they must be returned to us in a sellable condition. It is your responsibility to return the items to us, or to arrange collection of larger items. This needs to be done promptly at your cost.
These regulations don’t apply to anything that has been personalised or to intimate, perishable or time-critical goods.
Please note that we are unable to accept any returned e-liquids that have been unsealed or used in any way, as this would constitute a health and safety risk due to hygiene reasons.
