We will process your order promptly. Order cut-off for all delivery services is 1pm GMT. Orders placed after 1pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day. Require guaranteed next day delivery? Complete your order before 10:30am and choose DHL Express UK. Otherwise with UK Signed For your goods are aimed to be delivered next day if order complete before 1:00pm. We shall let you know if we cannot proceed with your order, e.g. when a delivery address is invalid or incomplete, or when the order volumes increase significantly. Essentially these could greatly affect dispatch time. The arrival time of your order mainly depends on the delivery method you choose. Please see some additional information further down for the services we use.
Every shipment is carefully checked for accuracy and completeness before being packed using top quality mailing materials. This ensures that your order reaches you in the same condition in which it leaves our warehouse. All items are packed as compactly as possible, while ensuring perfect protection of your order during transit.

We want your purchase to reach you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. We do this by using either Royal Mail or DHL to send your goods. And because everything in our shop is in stock, there will never be a delay waiting for back orders. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will be sent an email confirmation.

Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays).
We are currently offering FREE UK Mainland delivery (Standard) on all orders over £30. We use DHL Express to deliver your goods for FREE with orders over £100.
We have simplified our delivery options so that you do not get lost with too many choices. In the same time we do offer different options to meet most people’s requirements. We try our best to accommodate all needs and be as flexible as possible. If you have any specific requirements please CONTACT US.
Our default and most efficient delivery service is the Standard. With this service provided by Royal Mail your goods are aimed to be delivered the majority of the times within 2 working days, with a small minority within 3 working days. If you wish your order to reach you slightly quicker you may choose our another service.
With this option also by Royal Mail your goods are aimed to be with you the next working day and a signature is required to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. PLEASE NOTE: we can bear no liability for late deliveries, therefore no refund of shipping costs will be issued if goods not received within estimated delivery time.
Your goods is delivered by DHL with this overall “the best” option. Not just guaranteed next working day delivery but your order is covered up to the maximum value of £500. You have to complete your order before 10:30 am for the goods to be collected on the same day by DHL. Trackable service with signature required. Please note although the carrier specifies this type of delivery with Guaranteed Next Day we at Mystic Vapor Ltd cannot be liable for your order to arrive on the day specified. We do not guarantee that a particular order will arrive on a particular day. If however any delay occurred by not your fault with this type of delivery method we will refund the entire delivery charge once you make us aware of the delay. No further insurance or reimbursement can be offered in cases of delivery delays. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you.
Due to our insurance policy we can only refund/replace goods up to the value of £20 in case of goods ordered with Standard delivery and up to £50 if the Signed For option is chosen.
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days (within the UK) please CONTACT US quoting your order number in all correspondence.
International shipping is not currently available due to industrial legislation reasons. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Addresses outside of the UK not allowed to register therefore will be unable to place an order.
If you’re shopping with us online, then you’ll be pleased to hear that you are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. These have been established to make sure you have an opportunity to cancel your order if the goods aren’t what you expected. After all, we all make mistakes or change our minds from time to time.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time, up to 14 working days after the day you receive it. But, you must tell us straight away if you wish to do this. You must take good care of the items while they’re in your possession; they must be returned to us in a sellable condition. It is your responsibility to return the items to us, or to arrange collection of larger items. This needs to be done promptly at your cost.
These regulations don’t apply to anything that has been personalised or to intimate, perishable or time-critical goods.
Please note that we are unable to accept any returned e-liquids that have been unsealed or used in any way, as this would constitute a health and safety risk due to hygiene reasons.
